ORDER POLICY

  • Orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance.

  • Custom cake orders require a 50% deposit upon confirmation.

  • Changes to orders must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • Orders canceled 3 days before the pickup/delivery date are eligible for a refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).

  • Orders canceled within 2 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only issued for orders that do not meet the agreed specifications.

 

ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

  • Our cakes may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as milk, eggs, nuts, wheat, soy, etc.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

 

STORAGE AND HANDLING

  • Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place or refrigerated, depending on the type.

  • We recommend consuming the cake within 3 days for the best quality.

 

PICKUP AND DELIVERY 

  • Pickup is available at 15 Evelyn Terrace, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN2 0EP, UK, 09:00 - 17:00 Hours. 

  • Delivery is available within Sussex, and fees apply.

  • We are not responsible for damages after the cake has been picked up or delivered.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • We accept PayPal & Bank Transfers. 

  • Full payment is required before delivery/Pick up the order.

  • Deposits for custom cakes are non-refundable after a certain period.

DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION

  • While we strive to match designs, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of cakes.

  • We do not replicate copyrighted characters/logos unless we have permission.

SATISFACTION

  • If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 1 hours of pickup/delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will assess the situation and determine if a refund or store credit applies.
