  • How do I place an order?
    You can send us your order inquiry directly via our website https://www.lelecake.co.uk/ or You can also contact us via our contact details provided or through social media.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    We recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability. Custom cake orders may require more time, so please check with us for confirmation.
  • Do you require a deposit for custom cakes?
    Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for custom cake orders. The remaining balance must be paid 2 hours before pickup or delivery.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Cash on Hand, PayPal & bank transfers. Full payment must be made before your order is processed.
  • Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
    You can request changes up to 3 days before your scheduled pickup/delivery. After that, changes may not be possible.
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    Orders canceled 3 days before the pickup/delivery date may be eligible for a refund (excluding the deposit). Cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued in cases where we fail to meet the agreed specifications.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Yes! We offer delivery within Sussex for an additional fee. Please provide accurate delivery details to avoid any issues.
  • How do I store my cake?
    Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place or refrigerated, depending on the type. We will provide specific instructions upon pickup/delivery.
  • Do you accommodate food allergies?
    Our cakes may contain common allergens such as milk, eggs, nuts, gluten, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
  • Can you replicate a cake design from a picture?
    We can use pictures as inspiration, but due to the handmade nature of cakes, slight variations may occur. We do not replicate copyrighted characters or logos unless permission is provided.
  • What happens if I receive a damaged cake?
    We take great care in handling our cakes, but if you receive a damaged cake upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will assess the issue. We are not responsible for damages that occur after pickup/delivery.
  • Do you offer same-day or last-minute orders?
    We may be able to accommodate last-minute orders based on availability. Please contact us directly to check.
  • Do you offer eggless, gluten-free, or vegan cakes?
    At this time, we do not offer eggless, gluten-free, or vegan cakes. All our cakes contain standard ingredients, including eggs, dairy, and gluten.
  • Can I visit your bakery to see cake samples?
    We operate as an online business, but we may have tasting sessions available. Please contact us for details.
